Robert Washburn, the man accused of killing a young girl in Washington in 1986, is no longer in Central Illinois. WMBD TV reports Washburn was extradited Wednesday morning back to Washington state, but there’s no word on when or how he’ll arrive there. Earlier this month, Washburn was arrested at his Eureka apartment in connection to the 1986 death of Jennifer Bastian in Tacoma, Washington.
