
Another minor storm system will bring more March snow to central Illinois on Thursday and Thursday Night. The snow will spread eastward across the area Thursday morning and the gradually taper off late early Friday morning. Total snowfall is currently expected to be around 2 to 3.5 inches north of U.S. Highway 36 with lesser amounts elsewhere. The snow may briefly transition to freezing drizzle before ending. Be prepared for challenging road conditions if you will be driving across central Illinois.
