Bloomington Police are looking for an armed man who is a suspect in a shooting of a U.S. Marshell in Rockford. According to Rockford Police Lt. Andre Brass, the man is believed to be driving a light blue or silver Mercury Grand Marquis with a license plate of BF13112 or a temporary plate of 4850256. Interstate 55 is shut down in both directions near Lincoln. Please avoid the area.
UPDATE: The U.S. Marshall that was shot by the suspect has died from her injuries.
